DESCRIPTION: Friday evening and all day Saturday course. Develop basic knowledge, skills and (positive) attitude essential to the safe and efficient use of a firearm for protection in the home. Includes strategies for home safety, firearms and the law, and basic defensive pistol skills. PREREQUISITE: Must have completed NRA Basics Pistol Shooting or NRA FIRST Steps Pistol. OTHER INFO: Bring 150 rounds of factory ammo in factory box for your own center fire pistol…no short-barrel pocket pistols…no reloaded ammo.
